Talk:Mount Pleasant (X2)
Hi Dave,
Have added some changes on the page just so that you can choose a formatting style to copy and paste if you wish.
With the routes I think the most clear way of doing it is to have the FA stuff at the bottom in small text. But I also included the italic version with FA credits below route descriptions - your choice.
Good luck.
Any more queries just ask.--Alan rosier 10:27, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
- Alan, perhaps we should set up a page as an exemplar page. Navigation Quarry would be a good candidate as it's fairly complex. Editors could use it as an example of good page layout and incorporate its style into their own pages. What do you think? --Tim Hoddy 16:48, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
Yeah, I think you are right, it's the format that I prefer and will probably be how stuff is eventually transferred into guidebook form so why not start it here to save ourselves work later.--Alan rosier 18:17, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
- I also think it may be a good time to organise another guidebook meeting... a physical rather than a virtual one... --Tim Hoddy 21:17, 26 February 2009 (UTC)
Tim,
The next stage of the guidebook is meeting with a publisher.
Bill Gregory has promised to look up the contacts who published the BMC Stanage guide.
Once I get these I will make enquiries.
The photos will probably have to be bought and paid for by a proffessional (I think you know who and Gary Lewis has said he will look into arranging this).
The guidebook meeting will be with interested members for a quick discussion followed directly by a meet with the publiisher.--Alan rosier 08:16, 27 February 2009 (UTC)
