Meet & Greet day
A 'meet and greet' climbing day for people to put faces to names, new members to get involved along with experienced climbers, and for some people climb outdoors for the first time.
This is a tidal venue, and low tide isn't until late afternoon, so this day will be quite different to what's happened previously, and is really two days in one:
- 1100 onwards - top rope rigging and abseil skills training for existing members looking to be a bit more independent outdoors...
- 1330 onwards - general climbing for everyone - new and prospective members, beginners, experienced climbers
When it starts to get dark we'll no doubt 'retire to a local hostelry'...
