This meet will be primarily a way to meet members of the club, either due to not climbing for the last year or to welcome new members!
As usual we will be going to Box Bay. If you’ve never been before this is a great venue to try out trad climbing as there is easy access and the routes tend to be beginner friendly.
The climbs are tidal but can be accessed at around 3 hours either side of low tide. Low tide will be around 1500 so things should be climbable from around 1200. The meet leader will aim to be there around then
For parking, the easiest place is Rest Bay pay and display car park. Head back along the coast line towards Porthcawl town centre and you should find the crag.
