One of the many good things about Barland Quarry is that it is near The Joiners Arms in Bishopston.  Last Wednesday 14  Westies spent almost as much time in the pub as they did climbing at the Quarry!

Next Wednesday will be the last outside Wednesday meet of the season and traditionally, (well the last few years anyway), the meet has been a mass ascent of Great Tor in the dark and (possibly) the rain.

Meet at 17.30 at the car park at Penmaen.  Bring waterproofs and headtorches.
