Bolting Policy

Yes - Lots of bolting.

Preamble

A brand new location currently under development. An abandoned quarry with a very favourable aspect in relation to the sun (SW) and appears relatively dry, even in February. Currently a jungle but paths will be cut in due course.

Access

Location will be revealed as soon as I've exhausted all the lines below Grade 6c.

Descent

All routes are likely to be fitted with double bolt lower-offs.

The Routes

Still exploring the full potential of the quarry. All my routes will be very generously bolted as I hate long run-outs. Two routes established so far, lots of cleaning underway. Watch this space.

A large bulge appears beyond the current development area which is likely to yield harder routes than those currently being explored.
