Members meet on evenings through the summer if the weather permits to climb on local sea cliffs and crags from the Gower in the West, to the Wye Valley in the East. There is usually a meet in the East (typically inland South East Wales crags) and another the West (Gower sea cliffs), providing ease of access from either Cardiff (East) or Swansea (West). Arrangements are made and communicated between members via our forum, choosing crags by considering factors such as the tides, weather and sunset. If there isn’t a post with the plans for the week on the forum, please post one in order to formulate a plan. If you want to go somewhere specific please feel free to suggest a crag on the forum.
If this will be your first time with the club, are a non-member or a novice, please contact one of the membership secretaries: [email protected] (Cardiff/East) or [email protected] (Swansea/West).
Over the winter, and when the weather is not favourable, we usually meet at one of the many climbing or bouldering centres in Swansea/Cardiff
