Everyone is welcome to New Members Day at 3 Cliffs Bay (Gower) 12 April 2014. This is my first organised meet so hopefully the details I am about to supply will ensure that everyone finds the meet, gets some good climbing in, new members have a great time and we dont drown.

As we will be climbing from the beach, tides dictate our timings, we will start to meet at Southgate Car Park from 0730hrs ready for an introduction and safety brief at 0800hrs. We will walk in to the cliffs as soon as brief is given and we determine who is able to mentor new members. Plan is to be on the crag by 0900 – 0930hrs. We then have 5 hours before we have to think about retreating.

Very much appreciate some leaders to mentor and to set up some top ropes – volunteers please.
