The beginners day East is this Saturday (19th May) at Box Bay, Porthcawl. We are aiming to meet at the crag at 9am and will be climbing until the afternoon.

As always I would appreciate if as many experienced climbers could turn up to help out. I know a few of my usual team are away this weekend and any help would be appreciated.

Could you please spread the word and encourage people who have not climbed outside before to attend. This is a great chance to gain some outdoor experience.
